EYES ON THE GULF

The World Animal Awareness Society has
"ALL EYES ON THE GULF".

Volunteer with the World Animal Awareness Society!!
WA2S.org is actively pursuing volunteers to help us document this devastation in the Gulf.  See our "Call To Action" in the Video below.  Please contact us today if you would like to join the WA2S.org on this Expedition.
Email: info@WA2S.org
Filmmakers should include:  samples or links to video/photographic work, a resume and any travel &/or time limitations, as well as any intangibles/extras you can bring to the expedition.

Other ways to help:  WA2S.org is in need of an RV/Motorhome.  It is difficult to make a complete list of needs for this expedition, therefore we would prefer monetary donations so that we can obtain only the items necessary to complete this mission.  Thank you!

Above Video:  Thank you Melissa Lutomski and Carolyn Clifford - Ann Arbor, Mich. (WXYZ) - As thousands of gallons of oil continue to gush into the Gulf, A photojournalist from Ann Arbor is putting out a call to action.

Who is in the Gulf working with the Oiled Animals!?

The lead animal rescue group partnering with BP in the Gulf is Tri-State Bird Rescue and Research (http://www.tristatebird.org/) and they are working with International Bird Rescue Research Center (http://www.ibrrc.org/)  (see the video below - WA2S.org interview with Jay Holcomb of IBRRC:Oiled Bird Rehabilitation Center Press Conference) and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. World Animal Awareness Society http://www.WA2S.org/ has been in the regions collecting the visual data specific to the human-animal interactions now occurring.
